Structured, step-by-step educational guides that help students navigate from their current educational stage to their career goal. Each pathway consists of sequential modules with learning objectives, resources, activities, and milestones.

Canada-Specific
- Provincial Curriculum Alignment — Grade-specific guidance aligned to provincial curricula
- Co-op Programme Guidance — How to find, apply for, and succeed in co-op placements

Universal

Content Creation Process
- Country admin identifies content gap or need based on student feedback and pathway completion data
- Subject matter expert (mentor or external contributor) drafts content following the pathway template
- Country admin reviews for accuracy, cultural relevance, and alignment with curriculum standards
- Content is tagged with metadata: region, educational level, subject, language, prerequisite pathways
- Published pathway appears in student dashboard based on their profile and interests
Content Updates
Pathways are reviewed annually or when curriculum changes occur. Version history is maintained. Students on an active pathway receive notifications of material updates.
