Daily Tasks

- Verification Queue — Process new mentor applications. Target turnaround: 48 hours from submission
- Safety Dashboard — Check for critical alerts and unresolved safety incidents
- Support Tickets — Respond to user support requests within 24 hours
Weekly Tasks
- Engagement Review — Review weekly engagement dashboard: active users, sessions conducted, match rates, and retention
- Content Review — Check for career pathway content that needs updating or new content requests
- Mentor Check-In — Follow up with mentors who have low activity or pending session requests
- Student Outreach — Identify students who have been inactive for 2+ weeks and send re-engagement messages
Monthly Tasks
- Impact Report — Generate monthly report covering KPIs, user growth, session statistics, and incident summary
- Mentor Review — Review mentor performance: session completion rate, student feedback scores, activity level
- Content Audit — Verify career pathway content is current and aligned with latest curriculum standards
- Partnership Management — Follow up with institutional partners on engagement and feedback
- Platform Feedback — Compile user feedback and feature requests for product team

- Comprehensive impact assessment with outcome data
