Partner Onboarding
- Initial Contact — Institution expresses interest or is identified as a target partner
- Needs Assessment — Meeting to understand the institution's student population, mentoring needs, and existing programmes
- Partnership Agreement — Define scope: number of students, mentor sourcing, data sharing, reporting requirements, and duration
- Institution Admin Setup — Create institution admin account with appropriate permissions. Provide admin training (1-2 hours)
- Student Onboarding Plan — Coordinate student registration campaign: bulk invites, orientation sessions, promotional materials
- Go-Live — Launch partnership with students and mentors active. Monitor closely for first 30 days
Ongoing Management
- Monthly check-in call with institution admin
- Quarterly engagement report shared with institution leadership
- Joint review of student outcomes and pathway progress
- Collaborative content development for institution-specific needs
