Ways to work with us

Ideal fit

Strong collaborators bring empathy, clear communication, practical technical ability, and respect for local partners. Experience in nonprofits, education, data, operations, or community outreach is useful.

Flexible pathways

Volunteer placements, fellowship projects, and short-term consulting opportunities may be matched to active needs in nonprofit technology support, workshops, communications, and program operations.

How recruitment works

We review interest forms, contact promising matches, agree on scope and availability, and only start engagements when there is a clear role, supervisor, and project need.

eStudent360 Content and Safety Moderator

Volunteer • Remote available

Location: Ghana and remote

eStudent360 is looking for content and safety moderators for a 5-hour-per-week volunteer role. Content and safety moderators are trained volunteers who help keep learning spaces welcoming, accurate, and safe by reviewing profiles, posts, comments, reports, and learning resources; flagging harmful, misleading, spam, abusive, or unsafe content; and escalating safeguarding concerns to the Faciotech team.

Volunteers receive orientation, safeguarding guidance, moderation playbooks, mentorship from the Faciotech team, practical experience in education technology and online community safety, a volunteer reference or certificate where appropriate, and early opportunities to support eStudent360 as it grows.

Volunteer with us if you care about protecting students, strengthening digital learning, and helping young people access mentorship and educational support in a safer online environment.

eStudent 360 Ambassador

Volunteer • Remote available

Location: Ghana and Canada

We are opening applications for student ambassadors in Ghana and Canada. An ambassador represents eStudent 360 where they already are - their school, campus or youth group - runs one introduction session a term with a staff member present, speaks honestly about their own experience, and walks one student to their first mentoring session. You are not a counsellor, you are not responsible for anyone else's safety, and you never sign anyone up or use their account. If a student raises a concern, you point them at the right door and tell us.

Mentor - Call for Mentors 2026

Volunteer • Remote available

Location: Worldwide

eStudent 360 is looking for mentors. You do not need to be a careers adviser or have your life fully worked out - what a fifteen-year-old needs is someone a few steps further along who will answer straight. Open to any field, any career stage, anywhere in the world. You must be at least 21, willing to be verified before meeting any student, and able to give a few hours without a fixed schedule. Many students are aged 12 to 17, so safeguards are not optional: identity verification and a reference check before matching, guardian approval for under-18s, and all mentoring stays on the platform. Unpaid.
