A shared data toolkit for farmer cooperatives tracking members, harvest estimates, field visits, and buyer commitments.
The Cooperative Data Hub helps small farmer groups move from handwritten records to shared, usable information. Each cooperative receives a lightweight member registry, field-visit templates, harvest forecasting sheets, and a dashboard that summarizes production, training attendance, and buyer commitments.
Faciotech facilitators train cooperative secretaries and youth volunteers to maintain the system, verify records monthly, and translate data into decisions. The work is intentionally practical: it prioritizes better pricing conversations, timely input planning, and evidence that cooperatives can use when approaching funders or buyers.
Because many partner communities face inconsistent connectivity, the toolkit works offline first and syncs when a phone or laptop reaches a stable connection.
