Partner Onboarding

  1. Initial Contact — Institution expresses interest or is identified as a target partner
  2. Needs Assessment — Meeting to understand the institution's student population, mentoring needs, and existing programmes
  3. Partnership Agreement — Define scope: number of students, mentor sourcing, data sharing, reporting requirements, and duration

  5. Student Onboarding Plan — Coordinate student registration campaign: bulk invites, orientation sessions, promotional materials
  6. Go-Live — Launch partnership with students and mentors active. Monitor closely for first 30 days
