Purpose
Define expectations for session conduct, recording policies, and post-session follow-up.
Before the Session
- Student prepares questions or topics based on their career pathway progress
- Mentor reviews student profile, previous session notes, and pathway progress
- Both parties join session room 2-3 minutes early to test connectivity
During the Session
- Sessions are NOT recorded (privacy by default). Notes can be taken within the platform.
- Both parties must adhere to the Code of Conduct at all times
- If either party feels uncomfortable, they can end the session immediately and file a report
- For group sessions, the mentor acts as moderator and ensures equitable participation
After the Session
- Feedback — Both student and mentor complete a brief feedback form (1-5 rating + optional comment)
- Session Notes — Mentor can add private notes and action items visible to the student
- Pathway Update — If applicable, mentor marks pathway milestones as completed
- Next Session — System suggests scheduling the next session based on frequency preference
Session Records
All session metadata (date, duration, participants, ratings) is logged. Session notes are visible only to the mentor-student pair and country admin (for safety review if needed). Records are retained for 2 years after the last interaction.
